Change can be challenging. Whether a team is anticipating, in the middle of or at the tail end of change, employees may need help navigating their shifting work environment to continue to perform to their highest potential. In this Managing Change workshop, participants will be given tools to help them actively manage the change process and understand how to support themselves and each other as new ways of operating are enacted.

ActivitiesOur workshops are dynamic and interactive, incorporating a focus on experiential learning. Workshop activities will include:
• Warm Up Activity – Participants experience an imposed change through an interactive activity
• Your Personal Compass – The team identifies an actual change they are experiencing and leverage their most preferred attributes to identify opportunities and strengths within change
• Identify a New Strategy – The team creates an action plan and accountability measures to implement together and manage change
