INTRODUCTION

• CP9, also known as Cipher Pol 9, is a secret organization of the World Government.

• The CP9 is formed of people able to use the Rokushiki.

• The first appearance of the CP9 was in the chapter 325 (episode 230).

TRAINING AND POWERS

• The members of the CP9, are gathered at childhood, and are trained both physically and mentally to become powerful killers.

• They also are trained to become masters of the Rokushiki, a superhuman martial arts style.

PRIVILEGES

• The members of the CP9 can kill anyone perceived as a threat to world stability.

MEMBERSSPANDAM AND FUNKFREED

Spandam is the former chief of CP9. His sword, Funkfreed, ate the Zou Zou no Mi, and became an elephant-sword.

MEMBERSROB LUCCI AND HATTORIRob Lucci was the strongest member of CP9. He ate the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard, so he’s a leopard-human. His pet is a pigeon known as Hattori.

MEMBERSKAKUKaku was the swordsman of the CP9. He ate the Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe, so he can turn into a giraffe.

MEMBERSJABRAJabra is a former member of CP9 that ate the Inu Inu no MI, Model: Wolf, and he’s a human-wolf.

MEMBERSBLUENOBlueno is a former member of the CP9 with the powers of the Doa Doa no Mi.

MEMBERSKUMADORI

He is a former members of CP9 and one of the lasts agents to be introduced.

MEMBERSFUKUROFukuro is a former member of CP9, and one of the lasts agents to be introduced, as Kumadori.

MEMBERSKALIFA

Kalifa was the only female member of CP9, until she dismissed from the unit by Spandam. She ate the Awa Awa no Mi.
