THIS MOTION made by the Plaintiffs for an Order approving the abbreviated,

publication, and long-form notices of settlement approval hearings and the method of

dissemination of said notices, and certifying this proceeding as a class proceeding for settlement

purposes as against Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America,

Inc. (collectively, the "Settling Defendants") was read this day at Osgoode Hall, 130 Queen Street

West, Toronto, Ontario.

9. THIS COURT ORDERS that paragraphs 2-7 of this Order are contingent upon a parallel

order being made by the Quebec Court, and the terms of this Order shall not be effective

unless and until such an order is made by the Quebec Court.
