• Pupils will have the afternoon at their leisure to explore the town or relax by the pool /go to the beach (staff assisted).

• 19:30 Flamenco show at hotel- evening meal of tapas and non-alcoholic Sangria included.

BAGGAGE!. Pupils responsible for their own luggageHold luggage – 20kilos maxJet 2 charge £15 for every kilo over. Hand luggage – 8 kilos max, dimensions 56cm x 45cm x 25cm No liquids over 100ml in hand luggage !

arrival time 15:15. Pupils can wait in school until the end of the school day.

Code of conduct• The pupils are

representing the school and as such it is important they exhibit exemplary behaviour.

• Alcohol is prohibited. Any pupil to be found with or under the influence will face serious consequences (ban from other trips or even expulsion home).

Swimming• The hotel will have a

lifeguard on duty at specific times and pupils are welcome to use the hotel pool at this time (provided they have completed the swimming consent form).

• Pupils have the opportunity to visit the beach (staff assisted). They are covered by Equity travel insurance to swim in the sea.

Medicines• Any child who carries an inhaler or epipen must give a

spare to Mrs Bewick several days before departure. This must be clearly labelled with the child’s name. These children must also carry their own inhaler /

epipen. If an epipen is required on the flight, the pupil must provide a letter from their doctor stating this.

Pupils with a medical condition must ensure they bring the correct medication/dosage (see medical consent form).

Final advice• Remember sun cream

(average temperature is 27 degrees)a hat and suitable shoes for walking. Travel pills?

• Remember meeting points and times.

• Speak as much Spanish as possible!

• Enjoy the experience!
