To avoid the concession of patents that do not represent relevant contributions to the state of the art

To favor inventing around and avoiding market reserves on future innovation;

• Identification of technology suppliers and providing information to help build technological or commercial partnerships

(3) Promoting the use of IP

• Promoting the understanding and use of the IP system by Developing Countries citizens and companies

• Building special provisions and offering support for LDCs citizens and companies
