Converting Word Doc to Google Doc

Login and open your google drive.

Click on the gear

Go to “Upload setting”

Click and make sure “Convert uploaded files to Google Docs format” is checked.

Open a finder window and find your document.

Drag your document from the finder

window…

into your opened Google Drive window

and drop it!
