Three Improvement Goals1. Ensure that valid and reliable reading assessments are available and appropriately used to make instructional decisions.
2. Ensure that all students have access to, and are placed in, appropriate reading interventions at all levels.
3. Ensure that the Pre-K-12 written, taught, and assessed curricula are scientifically research based and in alignment with the Voluntary State Curriculum and the Reading Policy.
