SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL WHO MADE THE NEW COOLER
AT THE JEFFERSON COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY A REALITY
Your gifts from the Community Good Friday Services provided exactly the $3400.00 needed to pur-
chase the Cooler which was installed March 30, 2016. It has allowed the Pantry to receive a much
greater abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables!
The Pantry is currently serving an average of 75 households per month which includes 260-300
Kids & Adults. In 2015 we provided 60,589 pounds of food. With the new Cooler this will be
higher. Our service area is Jefferson, Scio, Crabtree, Millersburg, & Talbot.
It costs about $600 per month to purchase needed food at greatly reduced prices through Oregon
Food Bank and Linn Benton Food Share. Everyone has the opportunity to participate by send-
ing one-time donation checks in any amount to JCFP/JUMC- PO Box 76, Jefferson Oregon
97352. Make Checks to JCFP/JUMC.
OR join our Monthly Sustainer Circle by completing the form below. Send the form to the Pantry as directed and notify your Bank.
The Sustainer Circle is a group of donors who have made a special commitment to contribute monthly and help the Jefferson Community Food Pantry to respond to hunger in the Jefferson, Scio, Crabtree, Talbot and Millersburg areas. Each $1.00 donated provides 10 pounds of food. Yes! I want to be a Sustaining Donor and help feed hungry families and children each month. Name: ________________________________Address: ______________________________ City/State/Zip:_______________________________ Phone: ________________________________________________________Email:_________________________________________________ I will ask my Bank to set up a Bill Pay to automatically transfer my donation of $________ each month from my Checking Account to the JCPF/JUMC Operational Fund Account—Routing #123205054 This Authorization will remain in effect until I notify my Bank and Jefferson Community Food Pantry that I wish to change my contribution. Signature:___________________________________________________________ Date:____________________________ Please return this form to JCFP/JUMC-PO Box 76, Jefferson, OR 97352.
