which is interpreted between multiple people and acted in a desired way.

• It ensure the messages are not distorted during communication process & also maintain the effect of the message.

• When desired effect is not achieved,factors such as barriers are explored

Barriers due to nature of environment like background noise , poor lighting or an environment which is too hot or cold

Physical barriers are: -NOISE - noise in a factory; external disturbance in telecom fa cilities; poor writing; bad photo-copies; etc.

-TIME AND DISTANCE - if telecom and network facilities are not available; people working in different shifts; faulty seating arrangement in the hall; etc,

• Taking the receiver more seriously

• Crystal clear message

• Delivering messages skillfully

• Focusing on the receiver

• Using multiple channels to communicate instead of relying on one channel

• Ensuring appropriate feedback

• Be aware of your own state of mind/emotions/attitude
