ASSUMPTIONS:

LIVE DIGITAL Programs will be delivered WHEREVER the participants are posted

Faculty from leading business schools will be present in all sessions

Infrastructure at participant end to be organized by the company- a PC/Laptop, minimum 256kbps broadband service [preferably a high speed broadband data card] and a headphone – individual participant wise or arranged in a conference room

Duration, date and timing of each sessions: As per Company’s convenience

FEE LEVEL DRIVEN BY :

▪ Duration in terms of number of hours of live sessions with faculty▪Number of participants▪ Extent of customization of content▪Whether on-the-job project is there or not

BASE FEE:▪ Rs 20000/- per hour + Service Tax for batch size up to 15 [if

the duration is 7.5 hours and above, this amount will be 15000/- per hour]

FEE FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL PARTICIPANT ABOVE 15:▪ from 16 to 60, the fee will be 400/- per head per hour +

Service Tax▪ from 61 to 90, the fee will be 100/- per head per hour +

Service Tax FEE FOR GUIDING ON-THE-JOB PROJECT

[OPTIONAL]:▪ Rs 6000/- per participant + service tax
