Monitoring - Accounting-Quality Remote MeterRemote Web Monitoring With Automated Alerts
Solar One Energy installs a meter to measure total energy consumption so we can provide monthly invoices showing “The Whole Picture” – Total kW/H usage and kW/H solar production used or credited to the Con Ed Net-Meter.

Power Purchase Agreements are 20-25 year agreements to buy solar electricity at a specified rate (including rate of increase) between the “offtaker” (customer) who will buy the energy produced by the PV system and the System Owner who may be the building owner or a third-party investor.
• Solar One Energy engineers and installs the solar system as well as providing local market expertise to execute with New York City Building Authorities, Con Ed and NYSERDA.
• The PPA provider (PV system owner):– Will fund and own the system. – Provides monthly invoices to the owner for electricity they use from the solar system. – Monetizes the tax incentives and rebates and is responsible for maintenance and operation of the
solar system during the term of the PPA.
• PPA Benefits:– PPAs eliminate capital outlay for the building owner . – As utility rates rise, the customer maintains their rate of savings. – The customer may negotiate an option to procure the solar system from the investor at the end of
the agreed PPA term.
