• Find your seat in the Main Gym• Graduation Rehearsal

May 20th, by 11am

• Graduation Rehearsal will be over

• You will get your Cap, Gown, Tassel, and Cords

• Make sure your Gown is pressed

Commencement Day

• Attire under Gown– Semiformal– Ladies: Slacks and collared shirt, dress or skirt,

dress shoes (no stilettos) – Gentlemen: Slacks, collared shirt and tie, dress

shoes

Regalia

• Only GHS cords, stols are allowed• No additional decorations on gown or on cap.

Arrival

• Graduates in Hamilton Gym, 10:45am

• Audience Members, doors open at 11:00am

Audience Guidelines

• This is a formal event.• No Air Horns• Audience will stand for procession through

National Anthem and remain seated until the recessional

• Ushers and DU Security is available for assistance

After the Ceremony

• Graduates Return to Hamilton Gym• Pick up Diplomas• Exit to the West and South

Meeting up with your Graduate

• South of the Ritchie Center• Bleachers on the Soccer/Lacrosse field

Tonight

• Check the spelling of your name one last time

• Turn in Signed Behavior Contract

• Get your 10 tickets or Instructions

Tomorrow

• Come to Activities to Sign up for additional tickets, if necessary
