EDUCATIONAL AIMS
Students of 1st level:
• enabling students to choose the upper level of secondary school consciously
• improving efficient study method• improving group work and
cooperative learning• improving self- evaluation
EDUCATIONAL AIMS
Students of 2nd level:
• learning tutoring activity
• improving relationship abilities
• improving critical abilites
• improving abilities to focus on the goal of the texts given
METHODOLOGY
• eight groups of seven students from the first and the second level per group
• Group work on intensive reading: analysis of language, codes and style
• Group work on extensive reading : references, contexts, group discussion,
peer education
EVALUATION
• Individual evaluation
• Group evaluation
Both forms of evaluation belong to curricular evaluation
LENGTH
Five meetings lasting three hours each
in co-teaching during school year
Three of the five meetings have been already carried out

Was it useful for the knowledge of English language?
Everybody answered affirmatively because they had the opportunity to practise what they had studied and also to look for new words and sentences to express what they wanted to perform. Moreover they said they had learned from each other and also found the presence of the language assistant very useful during the last two sessions.

Would you like to repeat this experience in the future?
Everybody answered affirmatively and with great enthusiasm as they think that they learned having fun and, now they have
tried it, they think well organized group-work is very good to integrate people. Many of them suggested to change the
groups next time.
