CUSTARD TART:INGREDIENTS600 grams ready puff pastry6 egg yolks120 grams sugar3 deciliter cream1 cinnamon1 Powdered sugarmargarine for greasing

PREPARATION:Extend the puff pastry, grease well with margarine multiple smooth molds, suitable for pies and line with the puff pastry, cutting around the excess mass. Heat the oven to 250ºC. In a pan, add the cream with the sugar and egg yolks. Mix everything well with a wooden spoon. Bring to a low heat this mixture taking care to go stirring constantly with wire stick until it begins to bubble. Distribute the cream molds and bring to a hot oven, which is already heated. Let pastels cook quickly and browning. Then remove from oven, let them cool slightly before the unmolding.
