Sonic Corp’s Colloid Mills are used to grinding, dispersing and deagglomerating solids and powders within a liquid medium. The liquid slurry passes through a minor gap between Rotor and Stator and subjected to 3 stages of extreme shear.

Sonic designs and manufactures its own Colloid Mill to the highest standards in quality, functionality and form.

Sonic has the expertise and ability to customize Milling systems to include Control Cabinets, Feed Pumps, Seal Lubrication Pumps, Portable Carts, and more.

Small Lab scale systems with 2.5 inch Rotors up to 12 inch sizes at 40+ GPM throughput.
