So, how are your college bowl picks going? Here is a report on what we've seen in the bowl game through December

28th.

Through the years, underdogs were typically the way to go in these early bowl games. That was certainly not the case in

2010, however! Favorites cashed in each of the first six bowl games, winning all but one game by double-digits.

However, beginning with Tulsa's shocking 62-38 upset of Hawaii on Christmas Eve, dogs have made a bit of a

comeback, going 4-1 ATS, with all four SU wins of the outright variety. Through 11 bowl games thus far, the point spread

has yet to come into play as the SU winner has cashed ATS in every game.

Totals have reached a real stalemate with five games going 'Over,' five games going 'Under' and one push (Humanitarian Bowl). These early bowl games used to typically go Over on a

regular basis, but the oddsmakers have clearly adjusted as only one total has been lower than 50 and none lower than

46.5 (which went Over).

The game with the highest over/under was the Hawaii Bowl (75) and easily went Over with 97 total points.

What about the different conferences? Well, the MAC is usually horrid in bowl games and is off to a 1-2 SU/ATS start this year. The Mountain West is off to a nice 3-1 SU/ATS start

with the only loss by Utah against heavily favored Boise State. The Sun Belt is a surprising 2-0 SU/ATS.
