WEB SERVICE MAIN PRESENTATION In order to access the Jaltest website www.jaltest.com it is necessary to enter the user name and password in the distributor’s area. Cojali will provide the user name and password to the person in charge of all the functionalities included on the website.

MENUS Once you have accessed the site, you will find the following options:

NEW FUNCTIONALITIES

LICENSE MENU. This is the menu you will need to access whenever you want to activate a device or renew the expired licenses. The process is very easy in both cases. You will simply have to introduce the serial number of the device and wait for the information displayed by the program. In case of non-activated devices:

The next step would be to select the option displayed by the program in which you will find a blank section. You will have to introduce the code provided by the customer in this area, then press next and you will get the requested code. It is possible to send the code by sms by entering the phone number and pressing next.

In cases of expired licenses:

In this case, the process of getting the license is exactly the same as the previous case, however, in renewal cases, the program will automatically generate a delivery note with the update fee code requested. You will need to accept it in order to get the requested code. In this case, the program will allow generating 1, 2 or 3-years licenses, therefore increasing the amount of the price to be paid. Later on, you will receive the invoice corresponding to this delivery note.
