– We are individuals and partners who are dedicated to personal transformation and growth. We work to continually achieve excellence in serving our internal and external customers. • Comprised of all Code 150 Supervisors• Meet monthly for 3 hours• Goal: develop and maintain a high degree of trust and
respect among supervisors and eliminate barriers between accounting and resource organizations

• Building relationships with University of Maryland, Towson University and Gallaudet for recruiting entry level accounting
• Working to build relationships with University of Puerto Rico and Rochester Institute of Technology
• Struggling to bring on board entry level accountants

• CFO sponsored Pilot Leadership Development Program for the Financial and Resource Community
• Duration: 9 months (starts in 11/01)• Class Size: 18 journey- or senior-level personnel
(GS11-14)• Goal: Participants to develop competencies to
become forward-looking leaders, capable of successfully helping our community define and create its future
