Conclusion Clock Tower Distillery is a Milwaukee micro-craft distillery, specializing in unique, artisan infused spirits made from bountiful Midwest harvests. Spirits are crafted from all-natural seasonal ingredients sourced from local, sustainable Wisconsin farmers ensuring the highest quality ingredients at their flavor peak. Clock Tower Distillery’s honors historic Milwaukee’s industrial era and the innovative steam powered machinery produced. Historical photographs by H. H. Bennett will be exhibited throughout public areas to engage visitors in the story behind the spirits and city. Elements of copper, rusted metal, leather, salvaged wood and gears are the parts and pieces that helped build Milwaukee’s industrial revolution, and so these parts and pieces will also make up the interiors of Clock Tower Distillery.
