The On-Line results are displayed for that particular Claims Office, sub-totaled by Case Type by default. Click on Automobile.

You will see the specific cases for that office. Click on the sixth case.

The specific data is shown for that case. Click on the View History Icon.

On this screen you will view the specific negotiating history for that case.

Users may look up the average, high and low settlement for particular injuries in a particular venues, and may drill down for details on those cases
