DAILY CLEANING• Isolate power to the unit before progressing.• Remove post mix nozzles and diffuser heads.• Spray unit with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner
Solution and wipe with clean blue paper towel. • Use coke brushes to clean all dispensing areas eg
ice dispenser.
• Replace front drip tray and grill.• Replace nozzles and diffuser heads.

4 5 • Remove bag-in-box syrup connectors. Spray orsoak in Sanitizer solution, wipe dry with blue toweland replace.
• To keep drip tray and drain lines free of congealedsyrup, pour approximately 1 ltr of warm water(approx 40°C) slowly into the drip tray to dissolveany build up.

2 • Remove front drip tray and grill. Clean and sanitizeice chute with supplied Triton brush.
• Insert to ‘notch’ on handle rotating to aid cleaning.Repeat as necessary.
• Finally spray sanitizer directly up ice chute. Allow toair dry.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize nozzles and diffuserheads. Allow to air dry.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize drip tray and grill. Allow toair dry.
