eosynthetics are the generally polymeric products used to solve civil engineering

problems. This includes eight main product categories: geotextiles, geogrids,

geonets, geomembranes, geosynthetic clay liners, geofoam, geocells and

geocomposites.

The polymeric nature of the products makes them suitable for use in the ground where

high levels of durability are required. Properly formulated, however, they can also be used

in exposed applications. Geosynthetics are available in a wide range of forms and materials,

each to suit a slightly different end use.

These products have a wide range of applications and are currently used in many civil,

geotechnical, transportation, geoenvironmental, hydraulic, and private development

applications including roads, airfelds, railroads, embankments, retaining structures,

reservoirs, canals, dams, erosion control, sediment control, landfll liners, landfll covers,

mining, aquaculture and agriculture.

Product Description

Paving Asphalt 60/70 S is a penetration graded asphalt product derived from specially selected crude oils via carefully

controlled refning processes.

The quality of ExxonMobil products is assured for every delivery. They are produced and controlled according to the

ExxonMobil Product Quality Management System, EN ISO 9000 or equivalent standard.

Geotextiles are needle punched to form a strong fabric that retains its dimensional

stability and is resistant to damage from construction stresses.

Nonwoven Geotextiles are available in varying strengths and thicknesses to ensure

Woven Geotextiles form one of the two largest groups of geosynthetics. Their rise in growth during the past years

has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Woven geotextiles are often used for separation and stabilization in the construction of roads. The woven geotextile’s

separation action prevents the mixing of dissimilar soils allowing each soil layer in the road structure to function as

intended. The high tensile strength and low elongation properties of woven geotextiles impart stability into the road

section reducing rutting and extending roadway life.

Woven geotextiles are also used in fltering and reinforcement applications.

Woven geotextiles are woven from durable, high-modulus polypropylene yarns into

competent, robust, dimensionally stable geotextiles. Woven geotextiles are available

in varying tensile strengths and hydraulic properties to suit particular project

demands.

INTRODUCTION

AgroGrid is Geogrids represent a rapidly growing segment within geosynthetics.

Geogrids are polymers formed into a very open, is manufactured from Polypropylene

(PP) or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), grid like confguration, i.e., they have large

apertures between individual ribs in the transverse and longitudinal directions.

Geogrids are either stretched in one or two directions for improved physical

properties, made on weaving or knitting machinery by standard manufacturing

methods, or by bonding rods or straps together.

There are many specifc application areas, however, they function almost exclusively

as reinforcement materials.

The latest development in stiff polymer geogrid manufacture is based on an

isosceles triangular aperture, produced by a new manufacturing technique from a

punched then stretched polymer sheet.

are manufactured by the technology of coextrusion-blown triple layer. It provides

AgroPIPEPERFORATED DRAIAGE PIPE

When the rain pours and fooding occurs, perforated pipe is a good solution.

Coming in a variety of sizes for an equally diverse number of uses, this perforated

pipe helps ease soggy yards, fooded felds and wet basements. Knowing the

different options is a great way to understand what the best type of drainage is for a

particular situation.

Perforated pipe can be made of a variety of materials, including iron, PVC, cement

and clay, but the most popular type is polyethylene. This thick polyethylene is

lightweight and fexible. Flexibility is essential for these types of pipes, because they

are always buried underground. When the ground expands and contracts with the

seasons, more rigid pipes can crack, but polyethylene fexes with the movement and

stays in one piece.

The signature characteristic of perforated pipe is the perforated holes or slots in

the pipe. By cutting holes or slots, it can fll with water when the ground becomes

saturated. This pipe carries the wetness away and allows the ground to stay dry. The

number and size of holes differ between pipes because each combination serves

different purposes. Most are relatively small in order to keep dirt out of the tube and

prevent buildup and clogging.

AgroBRONJONGBRONJONG/GABIONS

Gabions are manufactured with all components mechanically connected at the

production facility to manufacture high-quality wire, as per ASTM A975-97 and ISO-

03-0090-1999. All gabions are given in the form of collapse, either folded or rolled

and bundled. Files are compressed and bonded together at the factory for easy

shipping and handling. Lacing wire shipped in rolls. Fasteners are shipped in boxes.

Preformed stiffeners shipped in bundles. Made from a thick galvanized mild steel

wire, woven through supervision and meticulous process in accordance with the

standard.

PP GeoTUBEINTRODUCTION

1. Raw Material: PP Geotube are sewn Polypropelen (PP) woven long fber

geotextile.

2. Benefts: Relatively low cost, defense to seasonal erosion, easily removed.

3. Applications: Geotube are used to from shoreline structure including form

temporary breakwaters, headlands, revetments on sand beaches of seashore.

4. Installation for PP Geotube:

a. Filling sand or sludge into PP Geotube: Need higher pressure water syringe

and mud pump. Firstly, start the water syringe to blow up the sand or sludge

into the mud pump, then push into geotube by mud pump.

b. Water drainage: PP geotube is made of PP long fber geotextile by woven.

Many small hole in the geotextile, so the water can be drained from the

sludge, sand, other solid material, but the solid material can be trapped in

the geotube. The geotube can be flled and drained several times. Usually, the

solid material up to 70% of total geotube volume is enough.

c. Concretion: After several times of flling and drainage, the sand, sludge and

other solid material inside geotube is concreted slowly by degrees because of

desiccation.
