LEGENDS & LINEAGE…of Kongo school of Zen.

Human action is based on some

goal, whether forced by

necessity or as the result of

personal desire. There is a

certain fundamental mental

approach needed to exercise

the techniques of Shorinji

Kempo.

This approach is not limited to

ShorinjiKempo, but extends to

all things and situations.

This is known as the three

elements of “Ken” –

“Gi” – Technique

“Jutsu” – Skill

“Ryaku” - Strategy

Doshin So, 21st Successor of Shaolin Temple. Followed the teachings of

Bodhidharma and established Kongo Zen Shorinji Kempo in Japan.
