Class Scheduling, Format and Information Annual Schedule of Classes
We provide ONLINE classes with a regular
schedule during the year. As we confirm your
registration, we finalize the schedule as needed.
For ONLINE classes we need a min of 4
registrations to confirm the schedule. We usually
start classes 3 times a year;
● January/February
● May/June
● September/October
For IN-PERSON classes we place you into our
planned class roster by your preferred region as
demand is identified;
● Metro Denver
● Broomfield/Boulder/Longmont
● Loveland/Ft Collins/Greeley/Cheyenne
Classes with insufficient enrollment are
rescheduled to the next cycle.

Format
● On-line classes with a Live Instructor, flexible
schedules available.
● Weekday classes are generally 3 hrs one
evening per week, typically 5P to 8P for the
duration.
○ CPIM = 25 weeks
○ CSCP and CLTD = 13 weeks.
● Weekend classes are generally 8 hours on
Saturdays allowing for 1 hour for lunch,
running 8A-5P.
○ CPIM = 9 weeks for both parts
with a break between
○ CSCP and CLTD = 5 weeks.
● A new option – 5 days consecutively -
when you just want to get it done quickly!
● A minimum of 4 paid registrations to make
a class.
ASCM Membership
Joining ASCM is quick and easy. Annual dues start
at $220 per year or $17 per month. More
information is available here. Membership will be
added to any educational seminar if not already a
member.
Certified in Planning & Inventory Management Cost: $3699 + ASCM Membership

Part 1 : Basics of Supply Chain Manage
Part 2: Going into a wide range of topics in more depth.

S&OP Aligned – 1/2 Day workshop Cost: $249 (Half day class) + ASCM Membership
Principles of Executive S&OP, Executive S&OP requires alignment with the hands-on participation of executive
management, from the top down starting with the president (COO, general manager, managing director, etc.).
This approach is vital to good execution by proactive decision making based on alignment to business
objectives;
1. Planning requires top-level ownership and leadership supporting clarity and alignment.
2. Is a decision-making process that balances demand and supply and sets the tactical direction of the
business going forward with high confidence and clarity.
3. The planning cycle is monthly, with provisions for mid-period changes when major changes or
interruptions may occur.
4. An aggregate planning tool, the volume level plan authorizes plans and schedules for mix related

Payment
Once we have a minimum to proceed with the class,
we will notify you. We request payment to be
completed 4 weeks ahead of the class start to allow
time to order materials and provide advance
assignments for the first class. We prefer checks but
we will accept credit/debit cards or PO’s. Terms are
Due Upon Receipt.
State and Fed funding for APICS certification and
veterans is also available.
● Unemployed, you may qualify for *WIOA Grant
Funding, Colorado Department of Labor and
Employment. We can also arrange a payment
plan schedule.
● Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act, for
unemployed persons – This grant program
typically pays all or most of the cost of the ASCM
NoCo certification programs as approved
education providers. Individuals must apply to
receive grant money. The local WFC, Work Force
Center offices administers this for each county.

Location and Preparation
● For ONLINE sessions we use a live instructor for the
entire class and you attend from your home or office
on your PC or laptop. You will need a good headset
with a microphone and at times we will use video so
a quality web cam also helpful. This is maximum
convenience for the class and testing too.
● For INPERSON classes, we work with the clients
who can provide meeting room space to keep cost
low. We arrange for materials to ship to class
participants and publish the location and assignment
for the first class a couple of weeks before the start.
