Introduction1. English in Taiwan has become more and
more important. There are more and more English cram schools in Taiwan are established.
2. This report is mainly based on a face-to-face interview.
3. The results are conducted based on the interview, and they are divided into five sections.

The history of City’s English
This company was started ten years ago. At first, it was called大衛美語 .
The boss dropped out and started his own business “City’s English” (大都會美語 ) about eight years ago.
The service City’s provides
“4” students in each conversation class only.
Focuses on teaching adults English conversation.
Teachers will call each student three times per month.
extra lessons are freely offered if students can not pass move-up exam.

Employee requirements
The basic requirement is “bachelor degree.”
Teaching experiences is not really necessary. City’s is willing to train you into a good teacher.

Mr. Joseph Chu, and his wife, Ms. Karen Hess, established Hess Educational Organization in 1983.
Over the past 20 years, they have grown from Karen and Joe’s original 60 students to over 60,000 students in their various programs.
