Location
As a capital of Kosova, Prishtina is located in the central part of Kosova covering an area of 572
km2. It is the administrative, political, economic and cultural centre of Kosovo and the most
populous municipality. It counts approximately 700.000 citizens.
A wide range of economic activities take place in Prishtina, including construction, agriculture,
communication, trade and hotel industry. The micro location of the ENK City Center will deliver
outstanding significance as first multi complex of its kind in the region creating and developing
land mark of the business in the capital of Kosova.
Considering the new established status of independence such as the economic influence of
the international world wide community also derives a lot of foreigners in all sectors starting from
administrative officers up to businessmen and investors.
Being located in the heart of the Balkans, Kosova’s capital Prishtina is one hour driving
distance to any neighboring country. Ongoing infrastructure projects include modern highways
to Albania, Serbia and Macedonia. By 2009 the driving distance to the Albania port of Durres will
be reduced to 3 hours. In addition, Prishtina international airport offers air connections to main
European capitals.

the compLex delivers creative and outstanding solutions in its infrastructural
organization with the following details of the premises:
The project will be 298 907 m² total, including Administrative Center 1 (5 930 m²), Administrative
Center 2 (79 945 m²), Residential (22 195 m²), Shopping Center (40 953 m²), 5 Star Hotel
(26 618 m²) and underground facilities for parking and storage (108 903 m²). The construction
period is estimated to be up to 6 years.
The multi-use complex structure of the City Center will be consisted of 5 buildings. All buildings
will be able to operate and function independently from one another, thus all having their own
necessary infrastructure. This will allow for more flexibility in the construction and operation of
the buildings within the project.
the aDmINIStRatIVe ceNteRS The whole construction of the buildings
is designed to fulfill all the needs of bank&business institutions whom are the targeted future
residents of ENK City Center. The buildings has its own underground area. Also it allows the
business clients to buy by blocks of floors with its own priority of access. The total surface is
121,311m² were 96,818m²is 41 stories above the ground with 30,184m²parking lots.
The concept behind the design of the Administrative Center is that the building will be divided
into several small ‘villages’, each having several floors, and can function independently from the
rest of the building. The concept allows a client to choose between occupying a ‘village’, a floor
or half a floor.

the LUxURY ReSIDeNtIaL BUILDING is going to be constructed
with outstanding quality and interface due to the enlarged need for luxurious apartments
with predicted independent underground parking area. Inside the residential building there is
a SPA center, swimming pool, fitness center and other sport activities as Squash and Billiard.
Since Residential Building lies next to the shopping mall and the boulevard, it creates a very
comfortable environment for the residents.
FIVe StaR hoteL will be delivered to be operated to international chain of hotel
ownership offering sustainable temporary residence to the foreigners in Prishtina filling them self
comfortable in the environment and the surrounding.

the ShoppING ceNteR by the quantity and offer will be the largest in the
region with implemented world wide retailer and tenant mix giving international atmosphere with
variety in all sectors such as fashion, accessories, body shops, kiosk, entertainment, kids fashion,
sport apparel, tobaccos, cafeteria, restaurants, bars, fitness, game and entertainment zone, kids
play land, jewelry, shoes etc.
Positioned on four levels in total consisted of 40.000 square meters where the GLA will exceed
more than 30.000 square meters area enough to satisfy the expectations of the citizens and
increase the quality and brand awareness in the region.
