One problem with a good Quality Manager is:
• They spend most of their day in the factory doingQuality Control functions. (in most company’s it is fire fighting.)
• They must at least spend two days a week on QualityAssurance work (but they never can get to it. In other words, all ofthe Company’s Quality Assurance work is window dressing)
• This is what we offer: We will do their QualityAssurance work for them so that they can concentrateon the Quality Control work inside the factory. (which is farmore important for the Company)
