• In Guatemala child labor is big because most people are poor there, and the parents get 30% of the money for income. Another thing is the children don’t get an education so they don’t have power to do what they want in life.

north &west, and Belize, Honduras, and El Salvador are east

• The cool highlands with the heaviest population • The tropical area along the Pacific and

Caribbean coasts• The tropical jungle in the northern lowlands

(known as the Petén).
