She works with clients to assist them in establishing and growing a culture of World-Standard sales and services. a graduate of the university of Akron, Griffith worked 25 years for a community bank in Northeastern Ohio focusing on retail banking and operations, training, and sales and service development within retail banking, call centers, business and corporate banking, wealth management, and support functions.

Margaret Cocklin Margaret_Cocklin@cbmg.comMargaret recently joined CBMG as a Performance Results Network Results Consultant. She has been in the financial industry for over 40 years, serving in various capacities. She has attended Mt. union College and Kent State University and has worked for several banks in the Midwest region. She has held multiple positions within the Retail channel and, as Vice President of Systems and Procedures, developed and introduced a teller training program, as well as managed several computer conversions and branch acquisition projects.
