To increase the level of staff with a broad range of learning and other difficulties from 60% in year 1 up to 80% by year 3.

To provide the opportunity for operatives to gain nationally recognised NVQ qualifications.

To work closely with Local Authority learning disability services and other related bodies to expand the range of training and employment opportunities for people with learning difficulties within the project portfolio.

To be commercially and socially viable.

The FUTURE CLEAN Exeter Project will seek to deliver the opportunity to support a transitioning young person with learning disabilities to be supported in work experience (which will also be considered a working interview) and create a link with local schools.

The FUTURE CLEAN Exeter Project will Work with the West of England School for the Blind to create an employment opportunity and training plan for a young person supported by an individual enabler.

To Date it has also been used for:

• Caravan Cleaning & valeting.• Shop Window cleaning.

.Three models exist currently:

- ESF supported City Centre operation.

- FUTURE CLEAN brand commercially operated.

- Mobile service managed by WOESFB.

To date the project is creating 20 part time posts.
