Chif complainChif complain XX,male,thirty-two.There were erythema and

papule on face ,neck and upper back for one year.

history of present illnesshistory of present illness

There were red solid papule on his face whithout evident reason ,which size were about as soybean one year ago. He did not feel unwell.Papules could diffuse to erythema when they were scratched out ,on which he can see the scale.Then his neck and upper back were involved. The skin lesions would not fade away without treatment.

He used to external use Eczema Creams and Halometasone Cream ,but he did not feel better.

Past historyPast history

He was diagnosed phthisis two years ago.He denied hisrory of hypertension, diabetes , hepatitis .

None of femily members has same illness to him.

Special examinationSpecial examination

Schistose erythema on his face with withering and scale.Some of skin lesions are cyclic annular.There were erythema and papule on his neck and upper back.

Erythema and nodule could be seen on his crus, especially on his shink.

pathologypathology

组织病理： 真皮层 (dermis)结节性上皮样细胞肉芽肿 (granuloma) 形成，多数结节呈裸结节样。

病理诊断：符合结节病 抗酸染色阴性
