here? Did you seek help or support from any offices/individuals
while you were on campus? Did anyone reach out to you? (staff or
professors) Were any of these people able to assist you? What were
you most satisfied with or successful at while you were at Purdue?
What was your average class load while at Purdue?- and -How many
hours per week did you study? How many weekends did you stay on
campus per month? - and - What took you away from campus when you
left? (family matters, boy/girl friend, job off campus, etc)

and - What could Purdue have done to assist you?. Are you attending
school somewhere else? If yes, do you feel more successful there?
Why? Are you planning to come back? - and - If yes, and there were
financial difficulties mentioned - Do you have a financial plan to
continue?
