Students the opportunity to develop job skills and job related skills by working on-site at local businesses

Goals for Students…
Instruct students in either generalized skill training or specific job criteria/interest
Acquire responsibility and independence
Bridge the knowledge gap between businesses and students
Improve the students’ job related skills/soft skills
Continue students’ vocational training by applying previously learned skills and experiences

Student Eligibility…
Any student, within Carbon and Lehigh County Educational Programs, who has an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP)
Currently, additional services are provided within Northampton County
Current Design
Sessions per week: 1-10
AM/PM sessions: ~3 hours each
Design: student interest/exploration
Crew: 1-4 students/job coach
Transportation: IU, district or student
School Calendar: September to June
