Credit Cards: If paymentis by credit card we require carddetails before your order isshipped. Failure to do so willincur a 2% charge.

Prices: All prices quoted arenet wholesale, exclusive of VATwhere applicable. Although everyeffort is made to maintain pricesthroughout the season, pricesmay change without writtennotice.

Claims: Claims must bemade within 7 days of receipt ofgoods or by prior arrangement,please notify Fairfull of anyproblems immediately. Wecannot accept claims after thisdeadline.

Delivery: Please note thatdelivery of order may be splitdue to arrival of goods in theUK.

Damages: All shipmentsshould be inspected immediatelyupon arrival. In case of damageto carton, please sign asdamaged carton. The order andits packing material should bekept intact to await inspectionby the carrier. Damages will notbe accepted without approvalfrom our customer servicedepartment, and a valid returnauthorisation number.

Any merchandise returnedwithout a valid returnauthorisation number will not be

accepted. Returned items andrefused shipments are subject toa 20% restocking fee in additionto outbound and inboundshipping costs. NOEXCEPTIONS. Customers maynot return custom-made items.
