Reader Setup

•Multiple readers can be added using the Add Reader Menu

•This menu option is used to configure the reader's connection parameters.

Reader Time zone

•This menu is used to specify the time zones. Swipes with in these time zones will be considered for further calculations.

•Employee will have access on the selected reader for particular time zone period only and beyond the time zone Employee will not be granted access to the reader.

Item Time zone

•This menu item is used to specify the Item Time Zones. •Employee will have access to only those items which are selected in the current time zone.

Reader Utility

To directly set reader’s operational behaviour from computer this facility is available with TCP Mode. The option given in these utilities are as follows, •Set Date Time•Get Status•Set Validation Mode •Allow Same Card After•Set Valid Swipe Message

This functionality will calculate the Employees total amount for a selected period and will store it into the canteen database which can be further used to integrate with any payroll application.
