Mentor Protégé Program
Purpose: To enhance the capabilities of the protégé and improve their ability to successfully compete for Caesars contracts.
Ø Smaller, minority-owned companies, who are current Caesars suppliers, are eligible to participate in the program.
Ø Agree to a minimum of a one-year term.
Ø Regional focus
Ø Mentor and Protégé meet regularly to track progress.
Ø Technical, educational or management assistance.
