Q. The New Design is Practical Within Its Environment
• The addition of Register Databases as part of Record Management System within the workflow ensures security and availability of the case information for future reference.
• Presence of Student Assistance Board provides due assistance to the student especially if the student is later found to be innocent or committed unintentional misconduct.
• A Chance to seek External Assistance during Appeal Process would give a sense of additional fair treatment for the student and would also indicate unbiased nature of the appeal process.
R. How IT is Used in the Improved Business Process
• Mainly in the development of the Record Management System is whereInformation Technology has become useful in the improved business process.
• Also, in the update of Register Databases is where IT is also useful in the improved business process.
