Kofax TotalAgility Workspace is an out-of-the-box web application that allows users to interact with their activity lists, cases and with processes, manage work and resources, reports and dashboards and administer other data elements.

Work Queue
The work queue summary page displays the list of work queue tasks that are assigned to you and total tasks of the group (team) in which you are a member
It helps you to focus on the tasks or projects that requires your attention, especially when you are working on multiple areas at a time.

You can reassign the activities for the resources you are responsible for.
For example, work priorities may change and you may need to reassign the activities to other resources accordingly.
You can reassign activities to an individual or group.

As a supervisor, you can view the work allocated within your team and allocate or redistribute the work as required.
This helps you to monitor the workloads at both the team and resource level and to ensure that you are meeting targets and utilizing resources as effectively as possible.

Delegating activities
Delegating activities involves allocating new activities from one resource to another for a specified time period. This is useful if a resource is off on sick or holiday leave.
Delegation is not the reassignment of activities, therefore the activities display on the work queue of both the resources.
Once the activities are delegated, if required, you can update or remove the delegation.

You can easily generate a design document for selected process maps. The generated document details all the information input during the design of selected processes such as resources, activities and associated parameters.

Viewing Audit Log Entries
Audit Logs keep track of the information pertaining to any action performed on executing a business process or a system function.
You can view all audit logs and also filter based on the date range and audit log type.

Remove Audit Log Entries
You can clear entries from your audit log file from time to time.
Deleting unwanted records regularly from the log file restricts the size of the log file from becoming unmanageable.
You can either clear the entire log file or remove specific log types and entries for specific periods.

Resetting the Status of Activities
You can reset the status of an either a single activity or all activities for a selected resource from 'Taken' to 'Pending' so that it can be picked up by or allocated to another resource.
This is specifically useful when a resource suddenly becomes unavailable due to some reason.

Job Upgrader Utility
Using Job Upgrader utility you can upgrade the existing live jobs to the latest released version of their respective process without terminating or restarting a live job.
Amendments are made and put live immediately.
