Can check/Send e-mail from any networked computer(vacations, home, conferences, labs, classrooms)

Access old e-mails from any networked computer No software to install/configure

(just a web browser)

Disadvantages of WebMail

Slow, depending on server and network load 2 Quotas

• Inbox Quota: Can’t be expanded

• Sunset Quota: Default 5MB (expandable)

Can only access e-mail when on the network Crude user interface
