studies with Peter Zazovsky of the Muir String Quartet.

Peace Dale Library is pleased to host the
South County History Center’s traveling
exhibit of photographs from the Ken-
neth T. Mars, Jr. Collection, documenting forty years of dai-
ly life in South Kingstown. Six panels of images will show-
case this remarkable and unique 25,000 item collection.

Join us as Dr. Michael Fine visits to dis-
cuss his new book, Abundance. Dr. Fine is
a family practice physician in Pawtucket
and the former Director of the RI Depart-
ment of Health. His book is a novel and
takes place in Liberia in 2003 during a
time of civil war, following two young
Americans who find each other there, are separated by
war, and then struggle to find one another again. Registra-

Practitioners of this Japanese technique for stress reduction,
relaxation, and healing will provide a free session. No regis-

In Bed By Ten, a local ukulele jam group
will be hosting free ukulele lessons and a
ukulele jam session twice a month
beginning June 27. The workshops will
begin at 5:00 p.m. for beginning students only. At 6:00 p.m.
the workshop will be for more advanced and experienced
players. Bring your ukulele and get together with other
ukulele enthusiasts to play blues, rock and traditional

How to Participate:
1. Pick up a Teen Summer Brochure at any of our branches, or print one from our website.
2. Every hour you read, or teen program you attend, mark it on ticket #1 in the brochure. Fin-
ish the ticket and turn it in at any of our branches to receive a prize pack of coupons to
Sweenor’s Chocolates, Adventureland, Pier Pizza and more!
3. Complete ticket #2 and turn it in to be entered in our grand prize raffle and to choose a free
book. You could win Wakefield Book Gift Cards or Amazon Gift Cards!
