BOLD 2.0 Login and Access Help Guide
Note: BOLD will be inaccessible from 9:00 pm ET on Friday, June 1, to 7:00 am ET on Monday, June 4, so that the upgrade to BOLD 2.0 can be completed.
Beginning Monday, June 4, 2012, all BOLD users will access their BOLD accounts through SRC’s new account management system. The new system is an integrated solution that provides users, account owners and BOLD Administrators with a single entry portal to access all of their shared accounts.
This help guide explains how to log into BOLD through the new system and access your patient data.

Data entry users will use the same Username and Password to access BOLD.
Practice Home Page

Data entry users will use the same Username and Password to access all of the practices where they have data entry responsibilities. Simply select “BOLD” from the quick links for a specific practice account.
This will open the BOLD home page for that practice AND ONLY that practice.

Note to BOLD Administrators
In the new account management system, BOLD Administrators will no longer use the Practice Account ID (2xxxxxx) as their username to access the administrative aspects of their program’s BOLD account. SRC will host live webinars to train BOLD Administrators on the account management and administrative aspects of BOLD 2.0. To register for BOLD Administrator training, visit www.surgicalreview.org/support.
