Settings > Basic – you don’t have to change anything, but if you don’t want to show in search results, you might want to change Add your blog to our listings? and Let search engines find your blog? From Yes to No. Remember to save!
Settings > Formatting – change your time zone (in here GMT +2 Helsinki). Remember to save!

Settings > Comments – everything else can remain as it is, but you might want to change Who can Comment to Anyone. If you start getting unwanted comments, you can always turn on stricter policy later! Remember to save!
