1 John 1:7 (NAS)“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.

Darkness and Light

Darkness and light are the equivalent to sin and righteousness.

There is certainty that sin exists.

There is a counter-response to sin– Righteousness results in eternal life with Him

There are enduring problems in continuing in sin.

The presence of sin distorts the truth in what God has established as order.

If God created marriage, He created it not blindly, He created it with intent and purpose.

• No matter what rules man comes up with, God has already put in place the rules. • Just because same-sex marriage

becomes law in New York and four other states, Those of us in the Body of Christ need to hold on to What God has said is the institution

• It is What God says that counts• You cannot have a law that

transverses that natural law of God.

We’ve allowed our children to make live wrong choices.

The prevalence of sin….

1. Dismantles your trajectory toward the higher things of God

2. Destroys your blessing

Most us don’t realize that forgiveness of sin is light.

I must commit myself to walk in the righteousness (light of God)

There’s no temptation so great that God does not provide you a way around it.

His blood cleanses us. God forgets it. He cleanses all our sins.
