Updated 4/19/11 9:07 a.m.WLS Radio's John Dempsey ReportsCHICAGO (WLS) - On the day before his federal retrial, former Governor Rod Blagojevich is accusing the government of leakinginformation about Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. having a mistress.Blagojevich made the explosive allegation on WLS Radio's Don and Roma Show Tuesday morning. The report about Jackson's mistress

came after Jackson was on with Don and Roma last September where he told the fed's to "bring it on.""Then all of a sudden, somebody leaked and I'm not so sure that the government is supposed to be leaking information on FBI interviews but they then embarrassed him and they leaked his FBI 302, I believe it's them, I'm not sure but it sure looks like i t," Blagojevich said.

ROD BLAGOJEVICH JOINS DON & ROMABlagojevich also said he's not sure if he'll testify in this retrial even though his brother Robert Blagojevich said he should."That's great advice and I would expect that that's a very strong possibili ty. My brother's absolutely right and it's more than reasonabledoubt. It'll show innocence," Blagojevich said.Blagojevich has complained about certain tapes and other evidence Judge James Zagel does not want to allow but Zagel has said he wil llet a lot of that evidence in if Blagojevich takes the stand.Blagojevich said one of the biggest mistakes in his first trial was promising that he would take the stand in his own defense."I thought I was going to do that the first time and nothing's changed. I would hope to do it the second time. I think one of the thing's
