The Govt. may not able to continue it for long time period due to this.

If Govt. wants to keep it on then it has to reduce its expenses which looks impossible.

Law and order condition also become hurdle like swat Waziristan where Taliban does not allow BISP School.

survey in few districts of Baluchistan will be carried out as soon as law & order situation improves.

Political commitment

It is assumed that this programme will be wind up of after ppp Govt. As happened in past after a Govt. new Govt. close all plans which is bad thing.

So it is Just an increase in expenditure

BISP’s Management Information System (MIS) does not provide exact beneficiary details about

the graduating clients and the new clients separately for each province. Hence, cumulative

details for BISP’s beneficiaries are given

It is observed that main list of beneficiaries is available only at the website but not village/ town / taluka/ post office wise hard copies are not available, even at website(Village/town wise).

If any beneficiary wants to know whether his/her name is on the list he/she has to find out a computer center with CNIC Which is difficult in Villages.

Service charges have to pay to know that their name is available in the list or not, and that the amount has been transferred to his/her Bank account or not?

Corruption In Bisp

The Supreme Court (SC) has taken

notice of the 100 bogus appointments in Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP)

It is also stated that ppp workers are being enjoying the benefits of the Bisp.

LAHORE -  Officials of the Ismail Nagar Post Office killed a secretary of UC-7 after hitting him on the head with bricks in clash over corrupt practices in the distribution of money under the Benazir Income Support Programme officials were taking bribes for handing over the money.. The incident occurred in Kot Lakhpat police area on Tuesday.

On other hand post office officials also involved in Corruption.

It leads people to depend upon other which is not in favor of country. It is just like a dhang tpao policy .
