Description:

A speciality type for protected cropping BIANCA produces high yields of 3-4 lobed fruit, averaging 80mm in diameter. With ivory white to pale lemon skin colour and a green capsicum flavour, BIANCA is ideally suited for niche markets. The strong but compact plant is early to mature with a good protective leaf cover. Highly productive BIANCA has slow colour change when left to ripen on the plant. The fruit weight on average is 190-200gms. A popular and proven variety for speciality coloured capsicum growers.
