lVicrobase have been offering Roadside Assistance toAutomation users for over 20 years, during that period

of time we have always offered only 6 months coverwhich in the past covered a vehicle for the standardservicing cycle. As you well know times have changedand repairers are now faced with much longer inter-vals between servicing so we to have adjusted to themarket and are now offering extended periods of cov-er. Our users will as of January 2019 be able for offertheir clients membership for a 6, 9 or 12 month period.

We have also negotiated a totally new arrangementwith our service provider that extends the cover bene-fits. These include unlimited emergency callouts andan increase in the payout for lockouts to $77.00.

lMicrobase as of January 2019 will cease using sur-face mail to send client membership. lnstead we willbe delivering an update late 2018 that allows the Au-tomation user to issue RSA at point of sale, via emailor Sl\4S and our smart app once this comes online.

To deliver these benefits our service provider haveincreased their costs by over 30% however bystreamlining our processes we are passing on arounda 12% increase across the board which means ourusers still have access to the most cost effectiveRoadside Assistance service in Australia.
