We run a scheduled timetable of passenger trains onSaturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays from Easteruntil the end of October. We also run daily duringlocal (East Sussex) school holidays.

All running days are subject to the weather andessential engineering works permitting. On specificdates when major events are held at Bentley, we mayrun intensive services.

Your journey around the railway, takes in 3stations. You may break your journey at any ofthese stations to look at nearby attractions, andthen return to that station to complete your circuitof the railway.

Bentley Central - this is our primary and busieststation. From here you can visit the children's playarea, as well as the cafe and shop.

Bentley East - from this station you can visit thehouse gardens and the wildfowl.

GlyndebourneWood - from this station you cantake a stroll around the ancient Sussex woodland.If you are feeling really adventurous, you couldvisit Branching Out (there is an additional cost forthis).

All fares are in addition to the admission charge toBentley Wildfowl & Motor Museum site.

Bentley Wildfowl & Motor Museum is open daily frommid-March until the end of October and at weekendsfrom November until mid-March, with special eventsduring the summer.

Established in 1985, Bentley Miniature Railway hasdeveloped into one of South East England’s hiddentreasures.

It comprises of a one mile of ground-level 7 1/4”gauge miniature railway, with a variety of privatelyowned steam, internal combustion and electricpowered locomotives. All are built to standard ornarrow gauge profiles, hauling our passengercarrying trains.

Built, maintained and operated by unpaidvolunteers, who are all members of BentleyMiniature Railway Ltd., we are proud to be one ofBritain’s Great Little Railways.

We are also affiliated to the Southern Federation ofModel Engineering Societies.
