A training organisation must become registered with the Training Accreditation Council if it wants to:• Deliver and assess nationally recognised

training in WA and VIC; and • Issue Australian Qualifications Framework

• comply at all times with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 ,

• comply with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)• comply with relevant Commonwealth, state or territory legislation and

regulatory requirements• notify TAC of any changes to the RTO's details or changes that may affect
