Environments & Equipment❖ Set a routine & plan your day❖ Workspace: Comfortable, productive - Move

Skype❖ Mute your microphone in meetings if you’re
seated in a noisy area or not talking❖ Grab a headset to reduce distractions❖ Enable your video. The world works better face
to face! (we know it can feel awkward, but this really helps the quality of conversations… just remember to wear clothes ;)

the hour (heard of a 45 or even 15 min meeting!?)❖ Keep your sense of humor❖ Bring your pets/kids on camera for brief cameo
appearances!❖ Use Zoom of backgrounds (We’d all love to see your home
décor, but…..) ❖ Experiment with adding fun themes for ceremonies (hat day,
sports jersey team day, pajama day, etc.)❖ Everyone handles stress differently, be empathetic to other
teammates❖ Be healthy and stand up, even take a meeting on a walk!❖ Quaran-Tone anyone? (Free workouts...Peloton, Nike, etc.)❖ Roll out the yoga mat and roll on a face mask!
